Luke 2685 - I would agree, except in this case JPM doesn't even cover the stock, it is simply a sales guy expressing his personal view on the stock, which has been misrepresentated in an article, and gives the impression that JPM has a view, when it doesn't. At least in Charlies case, Southern Cross covers the stock, and therefore has the research as well to back up is call.
