I learned that the SA government forces companies to have no more than 8% of whites in their workforce.

Whites have IQ of around 100 or more, Blacks have around 70.

The company responsible for the Johannesburg water supply was also reduced to less then 8% whites. Maybe that explains why the water is running out.
