The profits from that operation would be used to fund REE expansion though - wouldn't expect they'd be paying div'ds on the back of it. i guess it also depends on LIN's future ambition around downstream processing which would have large capex requirements that would absorb free cash flows. Divs could be a long way off.
Lynas has been operating a long time and doesn't pay dividends. PLS paid its first div this year. PLS pays 20-30% of its free cash flow to shareholders now. I think PLS started producing in mid 2018, so ~4-5 yrs to pay divs.
