really depends on how much capital the company needs to retain to invest in its growth opportunities and attitudes towards the various methods of raising the necessary cash to fund. dont want a lot of dividend early on if there are multiple value adding growth options available which there well maybe. happy with share price appreciation and no dilution early on.
