The other interesting comment (to me) in the announcement is this paragraph:
"In addition, construction has begun on an oil sales pipeline and tank farm to handle further near term
increases in production and allow access to a more efficient distribution point on a main highway about 2
miles away. The new facilities have been permitted for construction of up to 30,000 barrels of storage
capacity. This is expected to be sufficient to allow initial field development from 3,000 to 5,000 barrels per
day. The gas flow line will have a design capacity of 16 million cubic feet per day."

So if they have storage facilities of 30,000 barrels then that would represent a capacity to cope with 6 days production at suggested rate of 5,000 bopd.

So when they talk about "initial" field development at 5,000 bopd are they talking in terms of production from J#1 and J#2 or what ? How many wells are they meaning ? Does that indicate what they think the likely flow rate will be when they finalise that ???? After all they are talking in terms of "initial "development.
