I had this once. Think it was Commsec. They said if someone at another broker (say ETrade) put a sell order on after me and someone at same broker had a buy, those two could go through before mine. Even though I could see mine was the only there prior. It was awhile ago now, but that is how I remember it. Its a bit annoying.
