lol try a ruptured disc buldging disc and i had to pop my shoulder back in last night for the 3rd time since 2001 because my missus wanted to fight lol, she just did the shoulder
then it takes years to get your body used to the way your frame is and learn to stretch and look after back
faaaaaaark working and making it worse lol
ciatic for u Damo i bet it's ya gluts in ya bum mate lol
push ya finger in places and where it hurts is where it hurts
you should be able to push with a finger anywhere on spine, muscles ansd it shouldn't hurt
to fix,
stretch hammyies standing up with leg on bench, will stretch upper back
lay on bed and pull each knee to opposite shoulder to stretch glute's in bum, have ya leg at say 90 degrees to ya face
hyper extensions of lower back and keep pelvis on bed/floor
arms should end up straight
trust me i have spent thousands on my back, neck and the worst injury was the buldging disc, i lost feeling and muscle tone in dominant arm
never have surgery unless all else fails and soon i'll be having my shoulder strengthened as it's too easy to pop
i'm a siting duck atm so i tyold missus you charge me again and i'll give ya a stone cold stunner lol
i cant afford more pain and having to pull shoulder back into socket myself, last night i sh1t thinking i wouldn't get it back in as my missus is walking away saying get yaself to hospital lol
lucky i got it back in
