Yes, agreed that the market is likely not aware of the LEAP US patent status. In terms of why Exopharm has not released an announcement - I'm not sure. Potentially they're waiting for official publication on 21 Dec. However, with the patent confirmed - the delayed announcement is confusing...

With the US Patent Office setting the date as 21 Dec, I think the time for competition to contest the patent has passed, i.e. I don't see this as a risk.
