It looks to me more like short term relief.
Given we don't know how far the Subprime and Hedgefunds go, there will be alot more volatile days to endure over the coming months.
The ASX has been hit the hardest because of the stellar rise we have had over the last few years.
I still think we will continue the run upwards over the long term.
However, with the latest volatility it does create alot of uncertainty in the short term especially when everyone is looking to the US to provide the answers.
Not sure if they have any.
If anything, its been a wake-up call for me to not take the market for granted and to exercise greater caution when picking stocks.
