i think i get what your trying to say, but from what i was told the deadline was put in place bcos there's a need to set up on the island before the wet season otherwise we'd be waiting another 6 months before we could do anything.

like others i'm disappointed we didn't get the right result and it could now be argued it was the wrong way to go about it, but it's happened and now i'll wait and see how plan B unfolds.

anyway, why are you so spooked by austock, how much PLV stock do they hold?
