i think you're right there.
this is exceptional. 60% interest for what amounts to $4m in alara shares to future board directors is a double win, but the best part is this:
"(The above amounts will be added to Alara’s loans
to KMC - repayable from KMC net profits); "
ie not out of our pockets.
an outstanding coupe. we now command $102m in NPV based on the already outdated DFS, over 300m shares. inferred value? 33c
