Kah were in contact with large shareholders prior to the meeting on Mon and requested they obstain from voting. (One of those shareholders was there, but voted against BB removal). If Kah hadn't persuaded some shareholders BB may still be there.
Shareholders have the right to call a meeting to request any Director off the board. A large number of shareholders could request a vote to remove the Kah Directors.
