I watched NRL 360 last week, according to them,an NRL player has " two lives"
under their drugs policy.
As no drugs were "detected" in the titans five, does an admission of taking the drug constitute detection by default?
Personally,I say no,but I'm no lawyer.
The tricky bit for the titans players,is the bringing the club into disrepute clauses in their contracts ,for mind.
While the board is supposedly at arms length from the owner (NRL),one would think the owners intentions will be telepathically let known to the board.
Given birds plethora of indiscretion's,he would be more than a little nervous, I would think.
