Excellent tips Warnie. Negotiation is a skill that comes with practice and learning.

I watched a piece on negotiating to buy a car with cash the other night. Gave examples of the thousands of dollars you can save if you have the cash but are prepared to walk away. It's worked well for me in property too.

There are many properties undervalued due to some kind of flaw that's easily changed if you're not afraid of a bit of work.
