only stating facts and why the SP is falling as a result

I dont own shares and have no interest in owning them at any price until cornerstone investors come on board, the IP is bought, the plant begins construction and we hear about licence deals.

My thoughts have no effect on the share price, the market decides based on current and anticipated future events.

current 4.1 cents and falling, says it all!
the lowest it has evre been - a 20 year low!!!
