I'm "concerned" that he's done the 60/40 Equity Figure at current price. That would be a disaster imo, the dilution. Such a Raising could not be on a Rights Basis for all shareholders. For one thing I doubt the Directors have access to that much spare cash to maintain their holding %.
Note that the Market Cap increases to $70mil BUT the sp doesn't rise just the shares on Register factor to achieve this.
