Raises the question, about KNL generally, how much stuff are they deliberately NOT communicating because of reasons such as: commercial-in-confidence; shared intellectual property wrt, for example, processing techniques, costs and recoveries, purities, etc; other issues that their off-take partners want kept secret, for example, even the name of the EGT; financial-in-confidence such as the loan terms with Nedbank and KfW IPEX and probably many others.

So "communication" is important, but not everything that is important should be, sensibly, divulged; ESPECIALLY in the prelude to the EV/ battery storage revolution that is upon us and within which many competitors are jockeying for position. Continuous disclosure comes with protective provisions within corporate law and, I dare say, it can be a headache for directors of companies in deciding what should be disclosed, for compliance, versus what should NOT be divulged for business reasons.
