It looks like our president of Orinoco in Brazil, Klaus Petersen, and our chef geologist and head of exploration, Marcelo Carvalho, have been part of the cost cutting. I do not see them on the web site any more and in today's announcement they name Thiago Van Andrade as geology manager. I would think they would have been on big pay-packets so they are not mucking around with reeling in costs.
