Any profits that I have made from a very small trading parcel (relative to my overall shareholding) have been reinvested into the stock. I have bought more stock in this company in the past year than all of our Directors combined have bought on-market in the last two years.

The purpose of my criticism of management and the BoD is not to acquire stock at a lower SP. There is no hidden agenda, I want to start the conversation about strengthening our management team and BoD, I make no apology for that.

There has been a lack of tangible progress over the last two years. Do you remember in June 2016 when we were all expecting finance to be approved by July? Do you recall reading an announcement from the company explaining why finance would be delayed? No, you don’t, and that’s because there wasn’t one. There was no Plan B to KfW finance.

Instead of looking at me and questioning my credibility and pretending like I am some kind of market mover, I would suggest that yourself and others objectively evaluate the performance of our management and BoD. Are they the best people to lead our company forward? Should we replace some or all of them, or do we need some internal reshuffling? Perhaps we need to add some new personnel to our management and operational teams.
