Don't worry Kingy - in the coming months he will be back in favor with the thumbs up brigade when his 'gloomy ' articles of the past are posted as being 'news ' in 12 months time :)

I am not seeing too much stock on the market in the areas I look at, sure, prices certainly not leaping by any measure but the good stuff is moving well. Also, many old houses under the bulldozer and mansions with water views popping up in these areas.

Very happy to have a proportion of my 'wealth 'in Sydney property. I am moving into the baby boomer vintage and my rental property is ear-marked for our son rather than cash for retirement...will not be on the market (until he gets his little hands on it :) )
