    Hi Razman - I understand that completely. You raise a good point and I will clarify. I was suggesting that if POSCO were happy to build a plant in the Republic of Congo (I know it is far from Mbalam and Nabeba) then they may be a contender in Camaroon. If you look up their website, they are developing and acquiring at God's speed.
