I Dont believe SINOPEC are in the business of design, fabricate and install.
Good chance someone else may copy but don't think your statement is accurate.
From memory, and Im cooked so its not great, Kalina only get a % of anything in China anyway.
Id much prefer something out of North America or anywhere else so we aren't just getting a small piece of the pie.
In saying that, any f*ing pie would do at present...
