Well it’s got to suggest of no progress hasn’t it? This SPP is raising money to pay the PFS consultant fees (which is only quote “partially completed”) - $250,000 is repaying Tony Barton (shows he doesn’t think he’ll get his money back otherwise?) 3.5 mil for drilling and the rest directors wages (for a great years work don’t we all agree?)

There’s no other income KRR is generating besides exploration grants. They’ll need this SPP to pay the invoice of the consultants + the above, then another CR to pay themselves bonuses then another CR to start mining if that even happens. By that point it’s all about dilution, dilution, dilution. Think I’m down ramping? Read page 6 of the prospectus they just sent out;

”The company WILL need to raise further capital in the future IF it wishes to develop the speewah metals projects”

Said I wouldn’t comment again on this thread but what an absolute joke. And to think they value themselves at $122,585,857 ??
