that aint right... we got 60M$ tax savings due to the CopperCo deal... No tax obligations left from the MCC deal.
The CopperCo deal was both a great deal because CFE acquired the assets at the bottom of the market and because it enabled CFE to save taxes of 60M$ due to the way they acquired the assets.
The deal was an absolute masterpiece.
My 12-month target price call for the shareprice: 1.00$+ as the value already exists.
