In migration, where you would draw the line? Most Australians are migrants. Without migrants, Australia would be 100% pure Aboriginal country.
I can see low affordability in Sydney or Melbourne. In regional area property is cheap. Part of the problem is planning and development restrictions by local governments. If local governments puts in restrictions to buildings prices goes up.
Subject of discussion was if Landlords are blood suckers or they are just normal service providers.

Are you saying if we had no immigrants we would have much less construction the immigrants also need houses yes?

Did we have a housing shortage when we had no immigrants during covid...i dont remember it?
