Yes renting houses has become a twilight zone , low returns , risks from poor tenants reducing the earnings , worry , low cap returns , lack of property values now keeping up with inflation , investing in titled and managed motel units or commercial real estate gives slightly less worry , but would say a mix of stocks , bonds and term deposits is a better alternative currently
