To me - this is about taking a punt on the company based on facts and on what the company itself says (the multi year government contracts won etc..), and maybe also taking note of what the independent analysts think - and very little on what 20500 (et al) has to say.
FACTS -
ETC has secured a few contracts over the next few years - there is logically a strong chance of adding to these contracts and the existing contracts themselves being renewed.
In the meantime if ETC can accumulate $300 mill in cash over the next few years, just based on the current contracts(not even on their renewal)- where's the worry.
Current market cap is only a fraction of this - only about $180 mill... and ETC carries NO DEBT.
