    What do you think the value of such a claim would be? $5m max maybe. No law firm is getting out of bed for a $5m class action.

    Listen to TerribleTadpole. His post was very accurate with respect to what is your claim for, how much and who will pay?

    There is no claim worth pursuing here. Not for a law firm on spec at least.

    Running a business poorly is not a crime or a tort.
