What money is this? Tesla isn't using Federal money for the Gigafactory or anything else.
They did have Federal loans, and paid them back (ahead of schedule) several years ago. Any government assistance for the Gigafactory is state and municipal based, not Federal. There is nothing Drumpf can do about it.
