The simple fact is that supply meeting demand in the future will put pressure on hard rock miners that can't compete with brine's bottom line, irrespective of potash credits.
'Forgetting brine' as you stated,which is our largest asset, wouldn't make good business sense.
Starting the process of establishing the SDV evaporation ponds at this point should be a priority to get a head start on the far easier process of concentration.
At the end of the day it will be Galaxy Management that will decide the best sequence of development.
