I live in Queensland, and bluntly,most people I know rue the demise of Newman. His mistake was not nailing the many LNP MPs who were nepotistic rorters. The LNP won by too large a margin, too many grubs got elected. I don't defend political excrement even if they are nominally on my side of politics.
Nobody wants a government run by the Public Service unions - this is what we have now.
As I said, Quuensland was a great learning experience for the protest voter.
