instead of assuming what can happen, I would say , nmdc Rana some said they will use lcy as acquisition vehicle so
I expect mak project will get acquired through lcy...
how and what is the involvment of lcy, we simply dont know at this point...
Sharon may be negotiating with nmdc but only NMDC will have idea about it...
I can think of is NMDC using lcy as local arm to avoid FIRB issue and if lcy is used they can eliminate FIRB complex rules of acquisition...Thats where I can see how NMDC will get benefited out of using local company lcy.....
NMDC has planned to acquire project at exploring stage so they can their ability to provide debt arrangement for financing and that way attracting exploring companies to accept their low ball offer...
neverthless I expect low ball offer for mak project and mak will most accept it just like legacy...
I suspect if any company will stick with their demand, nmdc simply move ahead with some other company as they have the money and current economic conditions they can easily dominate with their offers...
