Vic that's a very complicated question. Its not merely looking at a chart or charts drawing lines. I specifically trade markets, . It's more or less a 3 dimensional undertaking.
So as simply as I can:
Dimension one is the actual charts of a target. Two are the indicators to see underlying trends etc. Three is knowing what is happening around your target.
