    LEI was being manipulated and accumulated...now it appears they unleashed it. First HOCHTIEF got its chunk. During that time the price has been kept low to make their offer attractive. All our analyst "friends" were screaming SELL it ALL in their rubbish commentaries...and thats exactly when you don't sell a share.
