why not? - just because other govts are lazy and out source their infrastructure, it begs the question as to why are we paying taxes - better than having private industry doing an inferior and incomplete job yet charging the earth - we've seen it at work in this country with the likes of telstra who are still charging a pile for the out of date technology and inferior speeds to 3rd world countries
