Not a lawyer, but these are unsigned NBIO, typically go for up to 3 months (can be extended though). We must be coming close to the 3 months mark.
LEL still entitled to chose which one to sign and then work from there.
Obviously a good thing to have multiple, however they are not all for an outright purchase. Hopefully there are at least 2x NBIOs related to a T/O, to create competition.
At same stage LEL will have to sign one, I guess....
