Despite the allegedly unattractive weather in Sydney yesterday, 'The Oz' this morning has a photo of a packed group enjoying beers at The Mercantile Hotel in The Rocks, which is not an EDV hotel.
With fine weather predicted for Sydney at the weekend, there should be much more consumption of the amber fluid at EDV pubs, along with accompanying patronage of the electronic gaming machines, and food sales.
Sadly in Melbourne we can't yet head down to our favourite EDV pubs - I have a couple - for an enjoyable lunch or dinner.
