Cujo, I don't know if you're connected with VCR or not, and honestly, it matters not a whit. You're entitled to your opinions.

However, I will challenge you if you say things that are:

--- factually incorrect (i.e. that the current letter is a proxy form for voting in directors - it is NOT)

--- misguided (i.e. suggesting that an impressive CV is in any way indicative of a persons ability to run a company - take a look at our current board)

--- just plain stupid (i.e. any suggestion that the current board have done a good job)


Your final point in your last message - i.e. will the expense of an EGM be worthwhile - is a very good question though. My view on this is the same as what pat done has said - if you keep trying the same thing, you'll get the same result. If you don't like what's happened in the past (share price down 99%!!), then you have to try something new.
