Actually Col, I do see this letter as a positive sign of potential improvement in things. At least she has followed through with sending the letter/update and clearly acknowledges shareholder's concerns, and the need to commercialise in order to build income and in turn improve the value and share price.
This is an improvement on the lack of communication and seeming disdain that shareholders have been treated with in the past.
Now we just need to see the follow through.
