Then the letter should be sent to all shareholders, via the registry, in the form that they are registered to receive their communication from the company. Not a subset of shareholders. One could even make an argument that what they have done is effectively selective disclosure.

Personally Thrasher, if it's good news, then I would be making it available to prospective shareholders. Best way is by announcing it to the ASX. They have to start doing a much better job with their communication if they want the share price to appreciate. Even good news in this company doesn't see the share price rise.
