It's still a NO from me. The reward is far too great, and way too premature.

There is plenty of potential spoken of, which is great to hear, and we all hope it eventuates, but you don't reward potential. Shareholders want results at the end of the day.

Rewards should be actual realised results. Sizeable, (and importantly), profitable reoccurring sales. Money piling up in the bank, but not from Capital raising.

Even with results they would have to be out of this world to garner anything like what he is after. This is still a small fledgling company, trying to make it. I think he is sufficiently rewarded already for where the company is at, at this point in time.

The other issue with an MD who is greedy is it sets a bad example.
It is not long before his newly recruited management compadres all think they are also "worthy" of grand rewards, and start wanting in on the act.

Best to vote NO and see where we are at next year, and whether the results and the rewards wanted are compatible.
