    The value is in the WRM share, not here, this can fall to 1c and we still get 0.78 WRM shares per AUL share on deal going through, which at today's WRM value of 59c = 46c per AUL.

    If the AUL falls to 1c we are still getting paid by WRM 46c per share equivalent, meaning day to day moves in AUL are now meaningless as the derivative is WRM.
