Do you think that with the crossovers between the boards they didn't know the cr was coming?
AUL won't pull out of the deal as they will be broke without it and WRM won't sweeten the deal imo. Status quo will remain.
Lucky for those who ignored the arbitrage seemingly on offer as no one can be sure where WRM will settle after the cr.
