I think Hydrogen fuel cell is the way of the future for auto mobility. I think it will be a mix of battery electric vehicles for small range (under 400km) and Hydrogen fuel cell for long range. My understanding is that hydrogen fuel cell vehicles still need batteries to store the converted electricity rather than be an on demand only offering. So Hydrogen vehicles will still need batteries.
