Reading just the post by Simob and none of his references yet, I think we may be getting a little bit carried away by the iron ore, although it certainly sounds like a plus.
I am no expert on IO, but I believe magnetite is much less valuable than hematite, even at the 60% plus grades that it may be. I've read that there are processes developed recently that are making magnetite deposits more worthwhile to mine and get up to the grades that would be shippable. How about the level of impurities in this ore? I would be very surprised if it was DSO, otherwise wouldn't it have been shipped already? Anyway I am just throwing out this as another point to consider, and am willing to be proved wrong hopefully.
On the other side of things, looks like gold is running up again. Jim Sinclair, the eternal gold bug is very excited. This should put a fire under gold stocks in gerneral, most of my watchlist are up today.
