It is painful to see your “ hard” earned cash vanish on paper
but remember that if you believe the figures are accurate and growing on a scale anticipated, then the share price will follow.

As for hiring, having a network of connections as large as Larry’s is sufficient as by seven degrees of separation we are all connected. Mathematically proven.
In my experience dealing with hiring for a sensitive position in our private firm, we didn’t need to outsource as our connectivity spanned the tech world and we were able to find a suitably qualified person that has delivered on a grand scale.

I am a long term holder so my immediate input is
for those with similar positions.

I believe in the fundamentals of this company and unless the figures are incorrect, then the SP will hit an ATH as I’ve stated before in next two quarters.
