To date you have a loan note attached with a number of conditions

Management have agreed to US$40 million of secured loan notes and up to US$ 40 million of equity....The equity portion has no floor price while management have agreed to a 15 day VWAP. The share price is effectively capped at 28 cents under the terms unless you like paying premium's and then be smashed.

WKT got smashed in a 5 day VWAP period from 22 cents down to 10 cents then a discount VWAP..The next one was upped by agreeing to a VWAP period at the end period and share holders were locked out from participating if they had sold shares to take up the offer...They were not even informed of this at the time of offer
