There will be teething problems both with process and finance. That is where China has a head start, few layers of approval. Can you imagine going to an Australian bank for money with the rubbery figures available at the moment. Wesfarmers had their own money, just need more of that type of money going into the battery business. LTR fighting out the 12c barrier, closing will be interesting.
