Goodbrad, you're correct.
What's your solution? The status quo?
The present judicial system is broken. There is no thought for the victim - everything revolves around the rehabilition of the perpetrator.
Someone needs to explain to the rest of us why it is that violent criminal gets all the rights and respect while their victims are treated like sewage.
