sorry it was late listening in bed so I don’t know the time but I remember him stating that erce numbers were divided 7 times at a probability of .75 each times whilst the internal numbers they use were only divided 4 times
something about the erce numbers double dipping as the have already reduced the size but they still use their multiplier
